The Anbernic RG477M is the first true premium handheld from Anbernic, a CNC aluminum Android device with a 4.7 inch 1280x960 120Hz LTPS screen and the MediaTek Dimensity 8300. With up to 12 GB of RAM, launch coverage points to PS2 at 2.5x and viable Switch performance, putting it in Retroid Pocket 6 and AYN Thor territory. The 4:3 panel is a lovely match for retro systems. Active cooling keeps it composed under load. If you want the strongest Anbernic Android device with a metal build, the RG477M is the new high end pick.
