Ayaneo KONKR Pocket Advance

About this device
The AYANEO KONKR Pocket Advance is a Game Boy Advance shaped Android handheld on the Helio G90T with a 3.5 inch 960x640 3:2 screen that scales GBA at a perfect 4x. It launched August 2026 from $89.
The KONKR Pocket Advance is AYANEO budget sub-brand KONKR taking a serious run at the Game Boy Advance shape, and it worked. More than 20,000 units sold in the first weeks. The reason is the screen. Its 3.5 inch 960x640 panel is exactly 4x the Game Boy Advance resolution at the same 3:2 ratio, so GBA content scales perfectly with no stretching and no interpolation blur. It runs Android rather than Linux, which means every emulator, frontend, and streaming app is available with no waiting on custom firmware. The MediaTek Helio G90T is the compromise, an older chip with weaker drivers than a Snapdragon, but it clears everything through PS1 without effort, handles PSP and DS comfortably, and stretches into lighter PS2. At 224 grams with USB-C Power Delivery and a 4,000 mAh cell, it is the easiest first Android handheld to recommend.
